Located high in the sky, in the heart of downtown Vancouver in the iconic commercial Seymour Building, one block from the Granville SkyTrain station and Pacific Centre.
ARRIVING BY FOOT OR TRANSIT?
Because of our central location, the Fawns & Fellows™ studio is within quick walking distance of most corners of the downtown core. If you are a little farther away, catch your local bus or jump on the Train. We are close to most major routes and both the Granville and Waterfront stations. Check out TransLink maps here:

ARRIVING BY CAR?
Metered parking is available on both Seymour Street and Richards Street, and there are multiple parking garages located on Seymour, Richards and the surrounding streets.
Unfortunately since the day spa is an airy, open-concept space, dangerous chemicals, sharp implements and scalding hot radiator pipes are within reach of little hands. As such we have a strict 'no children' policy. Other guests? Read on...
EARLY? WAITING AREA FOR GUESTS?
Always early? That's awesome! Unfortunately there may be times during sensitive services where we cannot answer the door early. If you find yourself a few moments ahead of schedule please keep in mind you may not be able to buzz in to the building early, or will have to wait in the hall until your scheduled appointment time. GUEST POLICY: As no one likes an audience during intimate services we ask that you respect other clients who could be in the studio for a service with another esthetician and have your guests wait elsewhere. There are many coffee shops, and the mall nearby to peruse and retreat to! We take our one-on-one time and tranquil private environment seriously. (And even the most patient mother or husband starts to get antsy after the one hour mark.)
IS MY PET/SUPPORT ANIMAL ALLOWED?
It's a strict no.
LATE? RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS? SICK?
If you are more than a few minutes late your appointment may be incomplete, or cancelled at Miss Starr's discretion. Appointments are booked back-to-back and allow just enough time for your service and cleaning/sanitization before the next one. Sick? If you come down with a cold we will do anything we can to rebook you once healthy. Keep in mind: you will be turned away at the door, at our discretion, if you do not reschedule ahead of time. Results, especially lashes, can be affected by coughing, watering eyes and inflamed skin. Plus laying upside down isn’t very comfortable and sitting up to cough or blow your nose is not possible. ;-) Cancelling? You must cancel through the link in your e-mailed appointment confirmation, reminder OR your personal online account up to 48 hours prior. No phone calls or texts will be considered as acceptable cancellation notice from a client. Clients are solely responsible for remembering their own elective appointments without reminders from the Spa. The Spa cannot control if a client opts out of reminders or misses them due to spam filters etc. Late cancellations (under the 48 hour policy) or no-shows will be billed in full for missed appointments, regardless of reason, and the spa reserves the right to limit or restrict your ability to book future appointments (any approved bookings will require pre-payment in full). Please note below re non-changable medical grade skin services - separate rules apply.

With one of the most comprehensive and inclusive schedules in the spa and salon industry we pride ourselves on working to accommodate every schedule. Literally every day of the week and time of day is covered every month so our Regulars have an opportunity to rebook. We generally are fully booked with scheduled appointments between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm every day of the week, so we advise planning ahead to secure your most desired times and days of the week.
PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED? DEPOSITS?
We accept all major credit cards and good, old-fashioned cash. We don't get a lot of cash so we don't keep much change on hand - try to keep that in mind before pulling hundreds out of the trusty bank machine!
We require a non-refundable credit card deposit for all our medical grade skin services and longer appointments (i.e. Custom Prescription Facial, PCI Treatment, TriPollar Radio Frequency etc) and will contact clients with a secure invoice, payable online, which must be paid within 48 hours to secure their requested appointment. The appointment will be considered confirmed and is non-changable and the funds cannot be applied to another timeslot/booking, another service, or products if the client declines to or cannot attend their appointment for any reason. We thank our lovely clients for carefully considering and committing to their appointment ahead of booking, and for understanding that these intensive medical-grade services are extremely hard to fill last minute and 3-4 hours is often lost to cancellations. That`s a whole lot of other hopeful clients that would have loved to snagged spots! ;-)
CAN I USE MY BOOKING LINK/ACCOUNT FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY?
No, unfortunately you can't book friends, family, your neighbor or strangers using your FlexBooker account/booking link. We'd love to take you all but there just isn't enough time in the day (or days in the year)! We may restrict or remove accounts associated with this activity.

- The Spa reserves the right to remove anyone from the system at any time for misuse or lack of ‘completed appointment’ activity.
Fawns & Fellows™ reserves the right to refuse service to any client or patron for any reason. Appointments made through the online booking system are not a guarantee for service.
Spa Policies may be updated and reworded as needed and all clients are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and obeying the spa policies.
